A special day!

Jackson and I made a trip to Idaho a about a month ago to attend my 10 year class reunion and to be apart of my friend Tessa and her family's special day. It was a fun weekend and I'm glad that the both of us were able to get the weekend off to attend both.

Here are a few random pictures that were taken while we were there.
My dad feeding Braxton some chocolate pudding. His first taste of pudding ever I think.

Braxton playing with Grandma's toys.

I surprisingly didn't get any pictures from the class reunion, but it was fun to attend. We went to that on Friday night.

Saturday was a special day for my friend Tessa and her family. Tessa and her spouse were now finally able to adopt their two boys that they have been fostering and taking care of for a little over a year now. They were able to be sealed to each other as a family in the Idaho Falls temple. I am so thankful that we were able to be apart of this day and experience that special moment with them. I'm so happy for them! Those boys are so lucky and have some great parents who love them very much!

Family picture time! (With the Grandparents)

Braxton got to spend some time with his grandparents while we where at the temple. We got home and opened the door to this. I had to take a picture, he seemed to enjoy the piano.

After picking up Braxton, we headed out to Tessa's parents house for a dinner that took place after the temple sealing. These are just some of the fun pictures that were taken that evening.

Braxton saw some of the older kids riding this electrical car around the house and ran right over to it to try it out himself. He was a little too small to push the gas pedal himself to make it move.

Luckily his friend (Tessa's son) came and helped him drive it. He loved it and got so excited!

Time to switch drivers!

Playing in the no water swimming pool of toys.

Time to say good-bye!

After eating dinner and hanging out with friends, we headed back to our parents house.

It was a great weekend and I'm glad we were able to be there. Congrats to Page and Tessa, we are so happy for you and your new family!!
