My parents and sister planned a trip to go to Washington to watch our nieces perform in a play. Once I heard they were taking a trip up there, I jumped all over the idea and did what I could to make it happen, better yet, Jackson was able to get the time off work to go as well. So we recently went to Washington. It was a fun trip and I'm glad that we were all able to go.
After our 17 hour drive, (usually 15 hours) we made it. I thought 17 hours wasn't too bad for having to little boys in the car. We only had 4 pit stops which lasted as long as an hour. We left in the evening and got there around noon the next day. My parents took up there own car and left early morning arriving in the later afternoon.
This is Greyson stretching out his arms after such a long car ride...
...followed by a blowout.
My sister meeting Greyson for the first time.
My sister Emily thought Braxton stunk and needed a bath as soon as possible.
Cousin love!
The twins showing Jackson their Guinea Pigs.
This is probably one of my favorite pictures. If you look at all the faces, every single one of them is smiling. Not "told to smile" but real smiling. Luv it!
Braxton trying out the trampoline.
Nap time! Greyson and I took a nap shortly after arriving since we drove through the night.
One of the twins making a tent for baby Greyson.
Watching a movie together.
Another set of twins, just born 22 years apart. :) They're not really twins obviously, just look majorly alike.
Mmmm, Ice cream!
Look at all those webkins!
More napping ... naps are good!
Time to go see the play, "Shrek the Musical".
The place that we went to watch the play was a pretty large building that also had an indoor pool. Braxton thought that was pretty cool!
All smiles!
My boys did so good in the play, very impressed with how well they did. The loud yells here and there scared Greyson a couple times but we never had to leave the theater during the show.
The girls backstage waiting for there scene.
(Just in case you can't tell, they were the Tweedles!)

Intermission
There was a part in the play where Braxton just laughed and laughed and he was the only one heard so the whole audience started to laugh at him. It was great! :) Braxton noticed that the audience was laughing so he kept trying to do it and I had to cover his mouth.
May have a future actor on our hands.
The next day spent at the park.
These two became quite the pals, Miss K was such a good sport about playing with him.
I love this picture of the two of them.
Snack time!
After playing on the toys, they both eventually decided to run laps around the playground. They probably ran about ten of them. So much energy.
Jackson joined in for the last few.
There was a yard sale going on down the street and Grandpa found a treasure for Braxton.
Time for frozen yogurt.
Braxton after his nap.
The rest of the day spent outside to do tie-dye and dutch oven.
Love that face. It happens once in awhile.
Jackson saw that Uncle T couldn't reach some of the high branches, so he jumped right in and helped him out.
Even offered to climb the tree.
Our night ended with a run around the block. A very large, long, scary, dark, no lit block might I add.
Another chance to see the play .. this time without the little kiddos.
My sister took a infant massage class when her twins were babies, she enjoyed re-using her skills on baby Greyson. I might add that Greyson really enjoyed the massages!!
Playing catch together.
Grandpa found a racoon outside, while he was waiting/hoping for the racoon to return, Miss E ran out to read a racoon book with him.
My big sis teaching her daughter how to change a diaper. Miss K did a great job!
Some snuggles afterward.
I laid him down for a second to go do something and thought it was cute how he was positioned while sleeping.
Mmmm peas!
Trying out our tie-dye shirts from the day before!
A few hours spent at one of our favorite spots, Chuck E Cheese.
Braxton's new favorite game.
Giving goodnight hugs before our long drive home the next morning.
One last story time.
One last feeding by his cousin before we left.
