Newborn pictures!

On January 17th, Greyson finally got his "newborn" pictures done ... well I guess you can say he was a month old at the time, but December was a busy month with him being in the NICU and all. Oh well, better late than never. We went to the same photographer that we had take Braxton's six month pictures. We figured we would try and take some family pictures as well, but Braxton just wasn't a fan of any pictures that day. He wouldn't stop crying and was just nervous the whole time. Greyson than started to get fussy near the end and wanted to eat even though we had fed him before we left. I'm sure the pictures could have turned out way better with cooperation from Braxton and a happy Greyson but oh well. That's how life goes at times. Luckily the focus was Greyson and he was content for the most part and I honestly think the photographer did a great job taking pictures, even with a grouchy Braxton. I wasn't expecting to get as many pictures as we did. Thanks so much Holly!

I was so happy that I got a couple pictures of just me and Greyson, I never had that done with the last photographer that took Braxton's newborn pictures.

 We tried to get one with Braxton giving brother loves but just wasn't happening as you can tell.

 A knitted hat that belonged to the photographer.

 Near the end of the photo shoot, I thought we'll put Netflix on my phone and see if that would work. Sure enough it did!

 These next two pictures are of him watching Tarzan on Netflix. Figured I'd tell our secret so I can remember that in years to come when we show Braxton these pictures. The photographer did great at not showing the phone! :)

 I just laugh at this one too because I told Jackson to hold the phone lower as if he was looking at the baby, it turned out great! :)

Near the end, he started to warm up a bit and allowed us to get some pictures of him. We're thinking we'll just count these as his two year old pictures as well. Don't want to waste money if he's going to be a pill again.

This picture cracks me up, had to post for the memories. Can you tell Jackson had had enough of Braxton's attitude that day, haha. Oh well, can't always have a perfect photo shoot. For the most part, a lot of the pictures turned out great.
