The two weeks of unexpected fun!

Our two weeks described in pictures! Lots of pictures! Only half of what was taken are posted which is surprisingly still a ton! So if not interested in looking or reading about all of them, I totally understand.
Either way, Melanie and her family came down to Idaho/Utah to see Troy's sister take out her endowments, we were just lucky enough to have Braxton's baby blessing around the same time of that event. So this post is about the two weeks after!

Just hanging out and relaxing at the house after Braxton's blessing and after all the company have left.

The next day, we went to the Church History Museum where there is a fun kids center inside available for kids to learn about the gospel.

Aunt Lou and Braxton, she sure does love to hold him any chance she gets.

We then went to Temple square, it was fun for the twins to be old enough now to learn and understand more about temple square. Mel below teaching them about different things in temple square.

We than went to the Disney store at City Creek Center Mall.

We than got some lunch at the food court in the mall, there was a fun play center available for kids there at the mall as seen below.

It was so fun to find a perfect spot to put baby Braxton in for a picture!

Another day of just hanging out around the house and getting ready to go to Idaho!

Kadie feeding Braxton!

This was a picture that Jackson took of Maximus in our closet.

We also went to Arctic Circle to see Wade, Cadi, and there kids while Mel and her family were in town. We than went to there apartment afterwards to hang out. All the Hawkins grandkids in one picture, a very rare picture!

After a couple days in Utah we made it to Idaho, this is the bed Rylee slept in while we where there, she sure did love her bed!

The girls playing with our old toys that we use to play with!

This is the dog pen we use to keep our old family dog in when we weren't home. My parents cleaned it up for Maximus to play in when we aren't home either.

We went to the museum of Idaho in Idaho Falls which was all about Carousels this time around, there was even a carousel there for kids to ride too.

Pictures of Braxton after waking up, he is always so happy and content! :)

We went for a picnic and played at the playground.

While we were there standing around, I looked on my geocaching app on my phone to see if there were any geocaches close by, and sure enough there was one right there at the park! There was also one just down the street so we went to that one as well! :)

We than went to feed the ducks at the greenbelt!

So there were things there that we could sit on and pose for pictures. While we were getting pictures of the girls, there was a tour bus there full of chinese/asian people on it. They saw the girls posing for pictures and wanted to take pictures of them as well. Most of them wanted to be in the picture with them as well. After we were done taking pictures, Kadie said, "That was Awesome! We're famous!"

And of course, we found another Geocache! :)

We also decided to go to a Drive-In movie! They were showing, "The Croods" and "Oz the great and powerful"

All dressed our Sunday best!

After church, we decided to go visit Sister Hall up in Idaho falls.

After that we headed back to the house to just hang out, Maximus even got to have some fun.

Emily was laying on the couch and Maximus tried to get under the covers to lay on the couch with her, it really was quite funny to watch.

The next day we went to Blast Off, a place in Idaho Falls for kids to play at. I can't wait for Braxton to get bigger to be able to play in it too.

Than of course another Geocache was close by! :)

After that, we went back to the house for the night. Dinner and a movie!

The girls wanted to put some chocolate chips on top of the pumpkin cake and this is what they made!

The next day, we went to the zoo! The monkeys were my favorite part of course, they were swinging around and were wild that day!

Rylee insisted on pushing Braxton for a little while. Luckily the handles were able to go lower for her. Rylee sure is pretty insistent.

Than that evening, we went to Melanie's friends house to help milk the goats and feed the babies.

We than went to Rexburg to spend some time with Melanie's in-laws. Melanie's sister in-law, who will be serving a mission in Ukraine and will be speaking Russian, went to the temple that Saturday to take out her endowments. After watching Mel's kids, the Staley's were nice enough to invite us over to spend some time at the hotel with them and there family. This is Kadie, Ella, and I in the back seat of the van headed to Rexburg!

These Moose hats were given to the twins by Grandpa Hawkins the day before.

It sure was fun to have Melanie to bring her family down for a visit. We don't see them very often because of how far they live but when they do come, we sure have a good time. Poor Jackson had to work the whole time they were visiting but we sure do appreciate all he does for Braxton and I. The picture below was taken of Jackson by Ashlee's kids the day of Braxton's baby blessing.

Also, while Braxton and I were in Idaho. Jackson invited his dad to come down to help do some house/yard work and figure out how to work the sprinkler system.
Thank you Vern for all your help around the house, I saw how much you helped out with and I know Jackson couldn't have done it without you! Thanx!
