A family friend (Tammi) from my old home ward in Idaho moved to Utah many years ago. I don't even know how long ago it really was but if I had to guess, I'd say almost 10 years ago. I might be a year or two over but I'm thinking it's pretty close to 10 years. Anyway, they moved to Utah for work so I haven't seen them in forever. I honestly think Idaho was the last time I saw them before they moved. We've kept in contact on facebook but other than that, never had the chance to visit. So a few weeks ago I thought I'd look it up and see just how far away they live from me now that I'm in Utah too. Only an hour and 15 minutes away. I thought to myself, that's not too bad! We need to visit and catch up! So I sent her a facebook message and set up a time to stop by. It was great to see her and the family. Her kids are so grown up now, her youngest is 12 and her oldest is 24 (if I remember correctly). It was even more crazy to see them in person, I can't believe she has 4 kids in college, well almost 4 but still, so crazy! I'm sure it was crazy for her too to see me with a baby. So I went up on Monday in the early afternoon and got to see her kids show me some of there impressive talents, and than we just talked and caught up with each other on what was been going on in our lives. Than she made some yummy dinner and afterwards cut Braxton's hair for me. I was also lucky to have her many talents touch my head, lucky for her it was just a trim, no extreme haircut, yet ;) Soon after all the hair cutting was done Braxton and I headed home. Jackson was at work that day so he couldn't come, maybe next time. Thank you so much Tammi for dinner and for having us over! It was so fun to see you and your family! And thanx for cutting our hair! You did a great job! Miss you already and can't wait for our next visit! Thank You!!

Braxton's before hairdo
His first actual haircut!! It was really hard to cut his hair. He is very mobile now and he likes to know what's going on. So every time the comb touched his head he would turn to look at it. But Tammi is very talented and did a great job!
Thanx Tammi! He looks handsome!
Bridget and Jill entertaining him while I get my hair trimmed. Bridget helped with Braxton a lot that day and kept him pretty occupied, she'll be a great mom some day! Thanx Bridget!
All of Tammi's kiddos except for her oldest son Tyler. He was at the college taking tests that day. Can't believe how grown up all of them are! It was great to see everyone!
Tammi's son Jacob just returned home from his mission in Georgia about 2 weeks ago. He was throwing him up in the air and my camera didn't do so well with the motion so I told him to freeze :)
Home showing of his new haircut to Jackson. Daddy approves! :)
Thanx again Tammi! Hope to see you soon!
