The Avengers!

So ever since we had Braxton, we planned on dressing him up as the Incredible Hulk because it was Jackson's favorite Marvel character as you can tell from his facebook profile picture. You would think that Jackson would have been the hulk because he liked him so much but we weren't 100% sure on wether we were dressing up or having a reason to. So once we got invited to a Halloween party this year, it gave us the more incentive to. Now it was just coming up with an idea of what we should dress up as. We wanted to do Marvel characters but there were no popular girls for me to be. I thought about being Black Widow but knew I couldn't pull it off with this type of body. I am losing weight but not that much yet. Plus I didn't want to really dress the way Black Widow dresses. So now it was down to the men and of course not many people knew Hawk Eye, so we were down to Thor and Iron Man. Which I thought I could pull off Thor because of the longer type of hair and Jackson can do Iron Man because of his darker hair and facial hair. So we just stuck with that which I'm glad I did. I slightly contemplated on making our costumes but with me working full time and not having a sewing machine I figured I could find them at a Halloween store just as easy and just re-sale them next year. Which we did, Thor and Iron Man are pretty popular and weren't hard to find. We did debate on just coloring Braxton's hair black instead of him wearing the head piece but people had a hard time at telling what he was to begin with so we just stuck with the head piece. Luckily with Jackson and I dressing up, most people could tell who all three of us were. It was a lot of fun and we are already trying to think of ideas for next year on what we could do. Jackson thinks we should just stick with movies but eventually Braxton will have a say on what he wants to be and we'll have to work around what he wants which I think will be fun. I told Jackson well what if Braxton really likes Elmo or something next year, and he said, "What, than we'll be Bert and Ernie?" haha We'll see. I doubt it but ya never know. Either way "The Avengers" are what we were this year.

As you can see, I did have facial hair but it did wipe off during the party.

Our costumes were a hit I think, just because it was a theme and no one else (that I can remember) dressed up as "The Avengers". I think I might of saw a Thor character, but he didn't come with Iron Man! ;)

These were all the other people at the party. There were a lot of fun activities for the kids which will be so fun for Braxton when he get's older.

These ladies below are my friends that I work with that put the party together!
It was so fun to be apart of it! Thanx for inviting us!

I just had to take more pictures of my little Incredible Hulk, he was so cute! :)
